A free starter pack of 50 Python-generated pixel LED animations — ready to drop into LedEdit, Jinx!, Glediator and other LED controller software. Each effect is a 3-second seamless loop at 128×64, 30 FPS, delivered in both MP4 (H.264) and AVI (mjpeg, LEDEdit-native) so you can test your full workflow before buying a larger pack.

Everything is Python-generated, deterministic, and zipped under 6 MB (free-mini-pack-50-pixel-led-effects.zip). Ideal for first-time users, classroom demos, and quick matrix tests.

Compatibility

• LedEdit 2014 — AVI (mjpeg) recommended, native import
• LedEdit Pro — AVI or MP4
• Jinx! — MP4 recommended, H.264 support
• Glediator — MP4 and AVI supported
• Other software — Any player that handles MP4 (H.264) or AVI (mjpeg): Resolume, Madrix, OBS Studio, VLC, etc.

Map to your matrix size in software; 128×64 is a common test canvas and upscales cleanly to larger walls via nearest-neighbor scaling in most LED mappers.

Usage Instructions

1. Download the zip from Gumroad or the direct link above
2. Extract with 7-Zip, WinRAR, The Unarchiver, or your OS archive tool
3. Pick your format: MP4 for Jinx!/Glediator, AVI for LedEdit
4. Import the videos into your LED software and map to your matrix/strips
5. Set playback to loop — every clip is seamless

System Requirements

• Software: LedEdit 2014 / Pro, Jinx!, Glediator, or any MP4/AVI-capable LED software
• Storage: ~10 MB free (5.3 MB download, ~7.2 MB extracted)
• Playback: Any hardware that plays 30 FPS video; no GPU required at 128×64
• Matrix: 64×32 or larger recommended; 128×64 native, scales to any size
